Johnny Cardoso zu Borussia Dortmund?

30 Mio als Startforderung bedeutet noch lange nicht, dass dieser Spieler für diese Summe wechseln wird, vgl. Vermeeren, wo es auch oft hieß: "der wird mindestens 40 Mio kosten". Am Ende ist er für 18 Mio + Boni + Weiterverkaufsbeteiligung gewechselt.
Ein ähnliches Modell könnte ich mir auch bei Cardoso vorstellen, sprich 20 Mio fix, 5 Mio über Boni und eine 10%-ige Weiterverkaufsbeteiligung, was speziell bei jungen Spielern wie Cardoso noch viel Geld bringen könnte.
Insgesamt klingt Cardoso durchaus nach einem guten Mix aus Talent und einem "fertigen" 6er, der dem BvB weiterhelfen könnte. Özcan sehe ich im Gegenzug als Verkaufskandidaten.

Das hat soweit ja erstmal relativ wenig Aussagekraft. Nicht unüblich das zu sagen, aber er schließt einen Transfer schonmal nicht aus, das ist gut. Ob es für ihn der richtige Schritt nach 0,5 Jahren ist, ist eine andere Frage, aber es scheint ja schonmal was dran zu sein.
